She received the Exercise Science Student of the Year award in 2003 at Oakland Community College. Tammy has gained extensive knowledge and experience in the health and fitness field through employment at a physical therapy clinic and various fitness centers. In addition, she experienced working with individuals with heart disease through an internship at the Huron Valley Cardiac Rehabilitation Center. She specializes in Weight Loss, Sports Conditioning, Low Back Pain, and Pre/Post-Natal Fitness.
