Cassell Gymnastics and Dance Training Center is proud to offer ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, pointe and gymnastics as well as providing a licensed daycare and preschool to the Muskegon and West Michigan areas.Cassell offers two facilities to serve you. Both locations offer air conditioning, parent viewing areas, and up-to-date gymnastics and dance rooms. We offer students the opportunity to experience gymnastics and dance in a safe and friendly environment with staff that is CPR and First Aid Certified.

Training People on Physical Fitness, LLC is owned and operated by Tammy Lynn Popchock.Tammy Lynn Popchock is a Certified Personal Trainer by the American Council on Exercise. She received the Exercise Science Student of the Year award in 2003 at Oakland Community College. Tammy has gained extensive knowledge and experience in the health and fitness field through employment at a physical therapy clinic and various fitness centers. In addition, she experienced working with individuals with heart disease through an internship at the Huron Valley Cardiac Rehabilitation Center. She specializes in Weight Loss, Sports Conditioning, Low Back Pain, and Pre/Post-Natal Fitness.
